With access to the gym during normal operating hours on non-training days and three group sessions per week, you’ll have the perfect blend of guidance and freedom to crush your goals. Choose from a variety of training styles that fit your needs, and experience the camaraderie, motivation, and expert coaching that come with every class.

​Get in, get it done, and feel the burn in just 30 minutes. Beast Burn is formatted into three levels to accommodate everyone—from beginners to advanced gym-goers. Whether you’re new to the gym or a seasoned pro, this workout is designed to challenge you at your level and push you to the next.

Transform into the physical powerhouse you were always meant to be with our 60-minute Apex Hour sessions. This comprehensive training program builds strength, endurance, power, and speed, combining high-intensity workouts with expert coaching to turn you into a well-rounded athlete. This is where you develop the skills and grit needed to live your best life.

Strengthen your body from the inside out with Primal Flow, our unique mobility training session that combines Yoga and Functional Range Conditioning (F.R.C.). This class focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, and the often-overlooked aspects of your fitness, ensuring you move better, recover faster, and feel stronger every day.
